grrr....land transport declined my application for exemption for restricted hours, because i could technically take my full if i had taken a defensive driving test....grrrrrrrrrr i dont want to do no silly defensive driving.....bah.


there goes my $20 application fee...most expensive letter i ever paid for, lol
