Urgh. Had a great day at work until past 4pm... I hate sign out. I got told off by Steve for not handling some situation where some whiny girl got punched in the face by some really nasty bitch. I feel bad. It's like I failed. The whiny girl says she told me, I don't really recall because I'm really really preoccupied during signout cause I have to try keep track of parents and ignore all the little shits crowding round the table. -_- I dunno i just feel bad cause it's like i screwed up really bad or something.
