can you believe it, a bug in Firefox 2?? :o :o

if you've got a div with overflow:auto and a border, the border redraw is really slow and will "bleed" while you scroll down over the div. Dastardly!

at least i think thats why its dying

i fixed it by using overflow:hidden but this might not be a solution for everyone...
