holy shit vodafone nz is rubbish!
firstly, they acctually have the balls to charge you a dollar to speak to a customer representative when you call their freephone number. WHAT THE HELL. >
secondly, if you then try to contact them by email (which i guess is llike everyone cause who wants to pay a fucking dollar to tell someonee about something that is ostentiably their fault), there is a 10 WORKING DAY turnaround. that's disgusting
and thirdly, i wouldnt have to call them in the first place if by topping up online it show me errors on the page but actually go through with it, adding $40 to my account when I only want $20. bastards!
